The Kettlebell High Pull

The kettlebell high pull is fast and very dynamic.  You need to have good forearm and wrist strength to make this work, so if you’re new to kettlebells, it may not be a beginner’s exercise.  You also need a very solid grip on the kettlebell, you don’t want it flying out of your hand.

This movement can be a great stamina builder.  One option to progress into this is to change hands every 5 reps or so, or you might need to start with a lighter kettlebell that what you might think, in order to build up your endurance.
