Kettlebell Routines

Here is a kettlebell routine of 3 very simple routines, using just one 12kg (26 pound) kettlebell.  These 3 different routines are combined serially and performed one after the other.  First using your right side, then your left side.

This is a great example of how effective kettlebell routiness can be, just by making use of some very basic and simple movements.
