Kettlebell Squats

The kettlebell squat is another great kettlebell exercise for working some of the largest muscle groups in the body – the gluts and the quads.

Please note that if you do not squat deep enough (thighs at least parallel with the floor) then you are not engaging your backside correctly. Shallow squatting will only work your quads, and not your glutes.  You can also do this move with two kettlebells held in the ‘rack’ position for increased weight.
