The Kettlebell Press

There is no more effective means to build the shoulders than by the kettlebell press.

Much like all kettlebell routines, because of the offset quality of the kettlebell handle, the kettlebell press is unlike a typical barbell or dumbbell press. With the weight of the bell resting upon the back of your forearm, the kettlebell is constantly trying to corrupt your form. Maintaining your form is one of the working points to this motion.

This exercise is not one for beginners or novices. It is most fitting for intermediate to advanced kettlebell users.
